FLAIR Nasal Strips have been approved by all Thoroughbred, Standardbred and Quarter Horse racing jurisdictions in the United States except for flat racing in New York managed by the New York Racing Association and in New Jersey, and harness racing in Pennsylvania. The following non-racing regulatory bodies have also approved use of strips during competition:
- Federation Equestrian International ( FEI)
- United States Equestrian Federation (USEF)
- National Reining Horse Association (NRHA)
- United States Eventing Association (USEA)
- United States Equestrian Team (USET)
- United States Polo Association (USPA)
- National Barrel Horse Association (NBHA)
- American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA)
FLAIR Strips are approved and used in flat and harness racing in New Zealand, harness racing in Australia, and flat racing in Singapore.
FLAIR Strips are used in endurance racing and eventing around the world.
