Flair LLC, maker of FLAIR® Equine Nasal Strips is very pleased to announce its co-sponsorship of Dr. Tammi Epp’s Equine Respiratory Health presentations at The 2012 Columbus Equine Affair, held at the Ohio State Exposition Center, Columbus, Ohio.
Tammi Epp, DVM, PHD – from Kansas State University – is a leading authority in the diseases of the Equine Respiratory System. She will speak twice on Saturday, April 14, 2012. In her first presentation — at 12noon in the Demo Ring of the Celeste Center – Dr. Epp will discuss Understanding Exercise Induced Pulmonary Hemorrhage (EIPH) & How to Manage It. In her second Equine Affair presentation, to be held at 5pm on the Seminar Stage of the Voinovitch Center, Dr. Epp’s topic will be: Breathing: The Forgotten Key to the Horse’s Performance. This is the first time either topic has been presented by The Equine Affaire.

Flair LLC, makers of the FLAIR® Equine Nasal Strip, is pleased to announce it’s sponsorship of the following Horse Trials and Events:
Red Hills Horse Trials – Currently in it’s 15th year, the Red Hills Horse Trials will be contested March 9 -11, 2012 at the Elinor Klapp-Phipps Park in Tallahassee Florida.
In addition to financial support and prizes for the event, Flair LLC will be giving each competitor a certificate entitling them to 1 Free FLAIR Nasal Strip Application on Cross-Country Saturday. FLAIR TO CONTINUE SPONSORSHIP OF THE WELLINGTON PRO DERBY CROSS IN 2012
Flair LLC, makers of FLAIR® Equine Nasal Strips, is pleased to announce its continuing sponsorship of the Wellington PRO Rider Derby Cross Competition. This year’s competition is to be held on January 20, 2012 at 7pm at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center in Wellington Florida, with The Calcutta Welcoming Party to be held at The Gallery on January 19, 2012 at 6:30pm – also in Wellington, Florida.
FLAIR Strips – which support and protect the respiratory system of the hard-working equine athlete — will be provided to all competitors and the company will sponsor a cross-country fence during the Wellington competition.
PRO Derby Cross is a hybridized form of interactive entertainment and sporting competition designed to showcase some of the best equestrian talent in the United States and Canada.
PRO Derby Cross Teams are comprised of five horse and rider combinations drawn from the worlds of Eventing, Show Jumping, and Polo. Each team is captained by an internationally renowned Eventer and filled in with two more Eventers, one Show Jumper, and one Polo Player- each a world-class equestrian in his or her own right.
This year, six Derby Cross teams will compete individually over a three-minute course that will again be designed by Olympic Gold Medalist and Canadian Eventing Team Coach David O’Connor. The course will ask horses and riders to be brave over the cross-country fences and accurate over show jumps all while competing against the clock.

Flair LLC, makers of the FLAIR® Equine Nasal Strip, is pleased to announce a presence at and participation in the 2011 American Association of Equine Practitioners (AAEP) annual convention, to be held in San Antonio Texas, November 18-22, 2011.
FLAIR co-inventor and president Dr. James Chiapetta, DVM JD, will provide Flair’s corporate educational presence at the FLAIR Nasal Strip Booth. Flair LLC is also very pleased to announce that Dr. Howard Erickson, DVM PhD, Professor of Veterinary Medicine at Kansas State University and a leader in EIPH research internationally, will be available at the FLAIR booth to discuss Equine EIPH issues as well the current state of Equine EIPH research.
About Dr. Howard Erickson: Dr. Howard Erickson, professor of anatomy and physiology at Kansas State University, is considered one the world’s foremost authorities on, Equine EIPH. Currently, Dr. Erickson teaches physiology and anatomy at Kansas State University while conducting on-going research — having scholarly interests in cardiopulmonary physiology, exercise physiology. Dr. Erickson has been a faculty member at Kansas State University since 1981.

FLAIR ANNOUNCES THE PREMIER OF THE FLAIR® MASTER CLASS VIDEO SERIES
Flair LLC, maker of the FLAIR® Equine Nasal Strip, is excited to announce the launch of FLAIR® Master Class, a new video tutorial series featuring notables of several equestrian disciplines. FLAIR® Media plans a series of new video releases for the next several months, on the FLAIR Strips website and Facebook page. Each new FLAIR® Master Class video will also be announced by @FLAIRstrips on Twitter.
The first FLAIR® Master Class video series features a private Rolex Kentucky course walk with two-time Eventing Olympic Gold Medalist and Rolex Kentucky Champion Phillip Dutton. In this four-part series of videos, Dutton will take the viewer through four of the most difficult complexes of the 2011 RK3DE course. He explains his strategy for each complex of obstacles, providing an opportunity for the viewer to see how one of the best of the best plans to ride this difficult cross-country course.
